Pilates for Your Health

Pilates may qualify for FSA/HSA reimbursement when it is medically necessary and prescribed by a qualified healthcare provider to treat a specific medical condition.

If your provider recommends Pilates as part of your treatment plan, you may be able to use your FSA/HSA funds toward eligible services at Viva Pilates Studio.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared sauna services may also qualify in certain circumstances when they are specifically recommended as medically necessary treatment for a diagnosed medical condition.

General wellness, relaxation, recovery, or fitness use may not qualify.

How It Works

1. Talk to your healthcare provider about whether Pilates or infrared sauna may be appropriate for your specific medical condition.

2. Obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) if your FSA/HSA administrator requires one.

3. Book your eligible service at Viva Pilates Studio.

4. Keep your itemized receipt and any supporting documentation.

5. Submit your documentation to your FSA/HSA administrator for reimbursement.
